A unique prosecco experience that captures the heart of the King Valley, Prosecco Road is an exciting food and wine trail that includes intimate tastings with the makers. Savour rustic Italian cuisine and learn about the region over bocce, food and wine while stopping at six prosecco producers in the valley. A year round experience but particularly beautiful in Autumn.
The Dinner Party - A Tavola! Cooking School
Gather six to eight couples for a great afternoon of cooking and a long evening of eating. Eight members of the group will spend the afternoon in the kitchen with Katrina preparing a four course feast while the remainder of the group can spend their time exploring the King Valley or relaxing with a book. In the evening everyone will gather in Pizzini's cellar door to sit down to the dishes prepared during the afternoon, each course will be paired with a Pizzini wine.
Pedal to Produce - Milawa Gourmet Region
Popular with local bike riders and holiday goers alike, the ride from Milawa to Sam Miranda at Oxley, is a flat and highly accessible ride at under 10 kilometres. Pop in and out of the many cellar doors, farm gates and gourmet food stores. Stop in at one of the cafes or restaurants for a leisurely lunch or coffee break. Borrow a bike from Brown Brothers or bike hire is available in Milawa.
